With the idea to become the ideal company for the world, we started this journey in July 2017 by Mr. Hamza Dairywala. Hamza Dairywala has worked as a Co-founder of a leading It company for more than 4 years. With his vision to set up an Solution providing organization based on Laravel, OTFCoder was born.  Hamza has a his strength of working and achieving technical heights with his knowledge and experience and has an ability to start working on any ongoing knowledge. His technical knowledge helped him achieve the heights. There was also the need for someone who can lead the company in terms of expanding, ideating, bringing innovation, providing strategies and take the decisions for the betterment of the company. And thus, Rashida Makati Dairywala was chosen as the new #CEO of OTFCoder.

Rashida being with a strong personality, has the ability to lead any organization.  With her past experiences in different field like medical, education, art and design, Human resource etc her passion and dedication towards work is extremely visible while at work. Now OTFCoder is a Womentrepreneurship organization. As passionate aficionado, Rashida has led OTFCoder through the most significant transformation in its history, reinventing the company to lead in the new era of Science and Technology (Pathology and Genetics) with IT.
